Registration is free, but required. If you plan on riding in the skate park, make sure to download the skate park release form and bring it filled out to check-in. Meal plans and merchandise can be picked up at check-in. Visit: truthquestconference.com/merch/ to order more by February 4th.

3 meals include: Chicken Tacos for Sunday dinner, Hot Dogs Monday for Lunch and Chick-fil-A sandwiches for Monday dinner. Gluten free options will be available, please write "gluten free" in the comment field at the end of this form.

Parent agreement:

I agree to allow my child to attend Truth Quest 2024, and release Calvary Chapel Santee of liability. I will communicate to my child that they must stay on the church campus unless picked up my me or an approved adult.
